Tarotscopes - Week of June 2nd
Welcome to tarotscopes!
This week’s messages come courtesy of The Unveiled Tarot by Jesse Lonergan. Each sign gets prompt to consider. If you have the time and space during the week to sit with the prompts for your signs, I encourage you to see what comes up.
Now, as always, don’t forget to look for your your sun, moon, and rising, and take what resonates. The rest? Leave it behind. (If you’re not sure what yours are, you can calculate your natal chart for free at AstroCafe).

But until then, let’s get into this week’s messages!
Aries
Queen of Cups: Honour your emotional depth this week; allow yourself to feel and flow through a wide range of emotions. Make space to pause, feel, and soften and know that you do not have to justify or filter how you feel. Offer yourself the same compassion and care you easily extend to others. Lead with your heart, even when you head tries to take over.
Prompt: Think of a time when you followed your heart, even if it didn’t make sense to anyone else. What guided you?
Taurus
The Empress: Slow down, and reconnect with your creative spark. Find joy in the process, and use creativity as a form of self-nurture and care. Ground yourself in the tangible: feel the ground under your feet, or the sunlight on your face, connect with the beauty around you, or nourish your body with a lovingly made meal. You don’t need to hustle for your worth.
Prompt: Describe a time when connecting to nature, your senses, or your creativity helped you feel more like yourself.
Gemini
Eight of Wands: Things are picking up pace, and the energy around you is buzzing with potential. Now is not the time to hesitate or get lost in the analysis; trust your instincts. Momentum is on your side, but it’s up to you to say yes and go for it. Don’t be afraid to get excited, and to let that fire build. Jump on board when the opportunity is aligned so you don’t miss out.
Prompt: Write about a moment when you acted quickly and followed your instinct. What happened and how did it feel?
Cancer
Three of Swords: You may find old pains or lingering grief creeping back into your life this week, but realize that it’s not here to drag you down; it’s here for a release. It’s okay to feel sad, disappointed, or tender. You don’t have to put a positive spin on everything to be doing the work. Healing often just means sitting with discomfort and allowing it to move through you.
Prompt: Reflect on a time when you sat with disappointed or heartache instead of pushing it away. What shifted within you?
Leo
Six of Cups: Make space to revisit what used to bring you happiness; something that’s gotten away from you, lost in the hustle and bustle of daily life. It may be an old hobby, a childhood memory, or a connection that felt easy and real. Revisit the past for a sense of comfort, but remember not to stay stuck there; let it be a doorway, not a dwelling.
Prompt: Write about a memory that brings you comfort or peace. How could you bring that energy back into your life?
Virgo
Six of Swords: You are in a time of transition, and while where you’re heading may not be totally clear, take time to realize what you must leave behind. Accept where you are, and what’s brought you to this place. Let go of the baggage that’s too heavy, and trust that peace is possible on the other side. Lighten your load, so you can be free.
Prompt: Describe a time when letting something go (an idea, belief, habit, relationship) was painful but ultimately freeing.
Libra
Knight of Cups: Lead with your heart this week, but be sure to keep your head in the game, instead of slipping into fantasy land. Take action based on what you feel; express your emotions honestly and wholeheartedly. There’s beauty in idealism, but don’t let it cloud your judgement. Enjoy things as they are for what they are; nothing more, nothing less.
Prompt: Write about a time when you took action on your emotions. What did you do? How did it feel?
Scorpio
Temperance: Connect with your center, as you lean into balance and moderation. While you may feel pulled in different directions, you don’t have to give into extreme. You can honour both rest and movement, connection and discipline, structure and flexibility. Find the middle ground, and integrate all parts. It’s not perfection you’re aiming for, it’s peace and harmony.
Prompt: Describe a time when you found balance between opposing needs or desires. How did you find the middle ground?
Sagittarius
The Sun: Make room for laughter and play! Spend time connecting with what lights you up, what makes you feel alive, and free. That may be getting out in the fresh air, being creative, moving your body, or just good old fashioned silliness. Chase what feels expansive, energizing and fun. But most importantly, remember that you don’t have to justify what brings you joy.
Prompt: Write about a memory where you felt fully alive, happy, and free. What helped you access that joy?
Capricorn
Knight of Pentacles: Steady wins the race! Even if it feels like things are moving slowly, intentional, deliberate progress is where to focus to keep things on track. Not all steps forward are exciting or glamourous, but they are necessary. Tend to the practical details you’ve been avoiding. A little patience and discipline now will save you headaches later.
Prompt: Describe a time when consistency and patience paid off for you. What kept you going?
Aquarius
Four of Cups: There’s a desire to disconnect from your feelings, and sometimes, that’s okay. There’s nothing wrong with giving your nervous system a break before re-engaging. However, don’t stay in the numbness so long that you miss out on a great opportunity. Let this be a moment of pause, not avoidance; but be sure you’re discerning between rest and hiding.
Prompt: Write about a time when you felt emotionally “blah” or disconnected. What helped you shift out of it?
