
Shipping & Return Policy
ORDER PROCESSING
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received, and another upon shipping. Shipments are sent out every Saturday.
Local Pickup
If you live or are in the Niagara Region and would prefer to pick up your item, keep your eyes out for a follow up email from contact@adrienneamari.com with the address and to arrange a convenient time. Pick up is near the downtown St. Catharines core.
Shipping Rates
All shipping rates are calculated through a third party service called Chit Chats. Depending on where the item is being shipped to, you may find more than one available rate. Please choose rate that works best for you.
Domestic Shipping & eTransfer
I am located in Ontario, Canada. Therefore, shipments made domestically will not need to incur additional duty or taxes.
If you also live in Canada and would like to pay by eTransfer, please send the order amount with your name and invoice number to contact@adrienneamari.com. Your order will not begin to process until payment is received.
International Shipping
Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT) and brokerage fees, which are incurred once the shipment reaches the destination country. These fees are not included in the shipping prices displayed at checkout.
Adrienne Amari is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Orders that refuse the customs fees will not be refunded or reshipped.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
As I am a small, one person run business, I generally do not do refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Photos of every item and package is taken before send off. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me at contact@adrienneamari.com and we will come to an agreement on a case by case basis.
