A Past Life Regression session is a gentle, guided process where you’ll be brought into a deeply relaxed, hypnotic state and led to explore a past life that holds relevance to your current experiences. It’s not about “proving” past lives exist — it’s about using your subconscious wisdom to uncover stories, emotions, and patterns that may still be shaping your life today.
In this trance-like state, your conscious mind softens and your inner awareness opens. What emerges is often rich with symbolism, unexpected clarity, and emotional truth. We explore key scenes from the past life, as well as the liminal space between lives, where deeper insight, guidance, and healing can occur. Along the way, we work with any emotional blockages, energetic imprints, or limiting beliefs that are ready to be released.
Many people seek past-life regression when they’re facing challenges they can’t fully explain: recurring fears, relationship patterns, unexplained grief or anxiety, or a lingering feeling of being stuck. What surfaces often helps connect the dots, offering not just understanding, but also deep relief, release, and therapeutic healing around issues that have felt mysterious or unresolved.
It’s less about who you were (because let’s be honest — we can’t all have been Cleopatra or Jesus!) and more about why it matters now. Understanding these deeper threads can empower you to move forward with more freedom, more self-compassion, and a clearer sense of your soul’s journey.
Past Life Regression Sessions can be done in-person in my reading space (in the Niagara Region) or online via Zoom. Online sessions work just as well, but you will need to ensure you have a comfortable space where you will not be interrupted or disturbed.
We’ll start with a relaxed conversation where I’ll answer your questions, explain what hypnosis really is, and walk you through the process. From there, I’ll guide you into a deep state of relaxation. We’ll begin by exploring a few current-life memories before moving into a past life that’s connected to your present. Together, we’ll visit important moments — including the death scene — and then move into the space beyond, where we’ll connect with your higher self for insight, healing, and guidance. Once you’ve come back to the present, we’ll take a bit of time to discuss what you experienced.
Past Life Regression Sessions take approximately two hours. Our time together will be recorded, and you will receive an audio file of your regression.

Do I have to believe in past lives for it to work?
Honestly? No! You don’t need to believe in reincarnation to benefit. The stories that arise can be seen as powerful metaphors from your subconscious mind, offering healing, understanding, and clarity.
What kinds of issues can Past Life Regression help with?
Past Life Regression can offer insight and healing around recurring fears, relationship patterns, unexplained grief or anxiety, chronic patterns, creative blocks, and emotional “stuckness.”
Do I need to have an issue that I want to solve to do a Past Life Regression session?
Not at all! Curiosity is just as valid of a reason to do a Past Life Regression session. If you just want to see what happens, we can ask your higher self to take you to a life that has a current impact on your life today and see what arises.
Will I remember what happens during the session?
Yes, most people remember all or most of their session. You’ll be talking during the process, making it a collaborative journey. That said, it can be a lot to process. So you will also receive an audio recording that you can play back at your leisure.
What if I don’t “see” anything?
Not everyone experiences vivid visuals. You might feel emotions, hear words, sense impressions, or simply “know” things intuitively. Every experience is valid, and it’s likely you’ll experience a combination of senses.
How many sessions do I need?
One session can often offer powerful insights and healing. Some clients choose to return for additional sessions to explore deeper layers or address different issues. Subsequent sessions are available at a discounted price.
What does hypnosis feel like?
Hypnosis feels like deep relaxation — much like daydreaming or being completely absorbed in a movie or book. You’ll be awake, aware, and in control the entire time.
Can I get stuck in hypnosis?
No, you cannot get stuck. Hypnosis is a natural, safe state that you naturally enter and exit every day.
Will you be controlling my mind?
Not at all. Hypnosis is not mind control. You are fully in control throughout the session, and you can accept or reject any suggestion.
Can everyone be hypnotized?
Most people can enter a hypnotic state if they are willing and open. It’s not about trying — it’s about allowing and relaxing. The most important part is being open to the experience, and trying not to think too hard about it.
What if something scary comes up?
You are always safe and supported. You can observe scenes as a “spectator” rather than reliving them, and I will guide you gently if anything feels uncomfortable.
Why do we visit the death scene?
The death scene often brings important closure and deeper understanding of that lifetime’s lessons. It’s approached with great care, and you are fully supported through it.
What if I get emotional during the session?
Emotions are natural and often part of the healing process. You’ll be in a safe, compassionate space to experience and release whatever comes up.
Is Past-Life Regression therapy safe for everyone?
It’s safe for most people. However, it is not recommended for individuals with certain psychiatric conditions (like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or seizure disorders) unless cleared by a licensed professional.
