What is clarity coaching?

Clarity coaching is a transformational, inside-out approach to creating meaningful, lasting change in your life. Together, we’ll work to empower you to step into the version of yourself you want to be, not by endlessly revisiting past wounds, but by focusing on the here and now. We won’t be setting performance-based goals or using SMART metrics—instead, we’ll dive into your current beliefs, shift your perspective, and rewire your brain to unlock new possibilities.

Unlike therapy or counseling (which this is not a substitute for), transformational coaching focuses on understanding your present self and breaking through the limiting patterns that hold you back. It’s about moving forward with intention, not just reflecting on what’s behind you.

How does it work?

My job as a coach is to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental space where you can freely share whatever comes up. There are no “right” or “wrong” answers. Your responses aren’t for me; they’re for you.

Throughout our sessions, I’ll support you, hold you accountable, and ask thought-provoking questions that spark those ‘aha’ moments. I’m here to help you unlock the amazing potential that’s already within you (I promise, it’s there). A key part of transformational coaching is reframing the beliefs and thought processes that are currently holding you back. Let’s be real, most of the time, the biggest obstacle in your way is… well, you.

What makes my approach unique is that I incorporate tarot into our coaching sessions. Tarot acts as a powerful tool to uncover hidden patterns, offer fresh perspectives, and reflect on the energies influencing your path. It’s not about predicting the future, but rather helping you understand yourself on a deeper level and empowering you to make conscious, positive choices.
