Next, I am so excited for Past Lives, Present Peace. Join Veronica of Kasama Wellness and me on April 25th for a relaxing sound bath and gentle past life regression experience. This takes place at Zen House Yoga in Niagara Falls starting at 2pm.

Evaluate your journey with honesty and choose a different path if something isn’t quite working. Leave the past behind, and step into a higher version of yourself.

Two of Disks: Life is a constant balancing act, and you may find yourself juggling multiple responsibilities or finding that you need to shift priorities. Stay flexible and adaptable as you work out a comfortable flow. Manage your resources wisely, and don’t be afraid to put down what you doesn’t need immediate attention.
