It’s Monday, and I have a few exciting things coming up, so let’s get to it!

Knight of Cups: Get in touch with your emotional side this week, and step fully into the art of connection. Share your feelings in a way that is open, honest, and vulnerable. Resolve challenges that arise with sensitivity, and diplomacy. Engage with others thoughtfully, and choose your messages with tact. Be sure to approach your relationships with care, and take time to listen as much as you speak. Most importantly, appreciate things for what they are, instead of the version you’ve created in your mind.

It’s all about connection, whether that’s friendship, romantic, professional, or with your family. Be open, honest, and willing to meet the people in your life half way. Make an intentional effort to strengthen an existing bond, or to growing a new one. Remember that connection is all about reciprocity; notice how your interactions with others affect them as much as you. Small gestures of care or acknowledgment can create lasting ripples.

 

Challenge: Reach out to someone this week that make an intentional effort to strengthen your connection with them.

The Hierophant: Take opportunities to explore tradition, structure and wisdom this week. Where can you find guidance through mentorship or by asking questions of someone who’s been in your position before? There is much to be found in convention; and it’s okay to follow the tried, tested and true approach. At the same time, balance respect for the rules with your own inner guidance. Seek to find harmony between external structures and your personal truth. There’s power in knowing when to lean in, when to question, and when to follow. 

 

Challenge: Take time to study or reflect on a system of knowledge that could guide your next steps.

Ten of Wands: There’s a lot piling up on your plate: responsibilities, commitments, and expectations. Acknowledge what you’re carrying, and recognize the fatigue that can come with holding it all. While ambition and dedication are admirable, sometimes putting down some of the load to conserve your energy is the best course of action. Take a moment to evaluate what truly needs attention, and what can be released, delegated, or put on the back burner (for now). Small adjustments, saying no, and maintain boundaries can help conserve the energy you need to push through.

Three of Swords: Make an honest effort to face your thoughts and emotions with honesty, even when they’re uncomfortable or painful. While heartache, disappointment, or difficult truths may bubble to the surface, it’s important to acknowledge them as a way of processing and moving through their energy. Now is not the time for suppressing, or for trying to rationalize every thought or feeling that comes up. Be honest with yourself, but compassionate in your approach. Learn from pain and disappointment, and find a path towards release and renewal.

 

Challenge: Sit with one difficult emotion this week and explore what it’s trying to teach you.

Seven of Swords: Strategy, discretion, and mental flexibility are your keys to navigating this week. Be clever and resourceful in your approach to situations, and tactful in protecting your interests. Know that sometimes, subtle planning can serve you better than taking blunt, loud action. While it’s not selfish to look out for yourself, it is important to keep honesty and integrity in mind – especially when others aren’t upholding those same qualities. Remember that awareness and a keen sense of perception are your allies.

 

Challenge: Identify one area where careful planning or discretion could help you navigate a tricky situation this week.

The Emperor: Step up and take control. This week encourages you to establish a healthy structure so that you can create or maintain the stability you desire. Show up with consistency, discipline, and dedication. Remember that you are in charge, and you are the authority on your life. While it’s important to be in a position of control, allow yourself a little flexibility. Rigidity will only make you feel stuck. Instead, lean into a framework that supports growth and freedom within boundaries. Make sure that the decisions and actions you take this week server your long-term goals. 

 

Challenge: Take one area of your life this week and create a clear structure or boundary to support your goals.

Wheel of Fortune: It’s time to take your foot of the brake, and go with the flow. Life is in a constant state of motion; cycles turn, situations shift, and opportunities arise when you least expect them. Ride the ups and downs, and allow change to happen. Resisting it only stops the wheel from turning, making it harder on you. Embrace adaptability, while bringing awareness to the patterns in your life. Most importantly, remember that there are things in this universe that beyond your realm of influence: don’t try to control them. 

 

Challenge: Notice one shift or pattern in your life this week and consider how you can move with it instead of against it.

Queen of Cups: Tune into the emotional, compassionate, and intuitive part of yourself this week. Be open to receiving, and honour your feelings as they ebb and flow. Instead of giving in to emotional overwhelm, remain grounded, connected, and calm as you move through different energies.  Balance the care and support you give others with time and energy to fill your own cup. Recognize your own needs, and don’t be afraid to set gentle (but firm) boundaries. Listen to your own inner voice, and those subtle messages from the heart.

 

Challenge: Check in with your emotions daily and respond to yourself and others with compassion.

Five of Cups: You may find yourself lingering in feelings of loss and disappointment over what hasn’t gone quite as planned. It’s normal to feel a some grief or regret for what could have been, but it’s not helpful to stay stuck in the past. Give yourself space to acknowledge the emotion, but shift your focus to see what’s still going right – what cups are still standing. Opportunity, support, and potential are there waiting for you. Small moments of pause, like a quiet cup of tea, a reflective walk, a short meditation, or just sitting in silence, can have positive effects on your energy and perspective. Slow down, so that you can hear what your heart and mind are trying to tell you. Take the break now so you can relax, recuperate, and live to fight another day. 

 

Challenge: Take a deliberate pause this week to rest, reflect, or recharge your energy.

Three of Cups: Make extra space for friendship and spending time with the people in your life who see you, accept you, and support you for exactly who you are. There is so much power to be felt in community and kindred spirits; allow yourself to enjoy, and receive. Find opportunities to gather, collaborate, or just share laughter and lightness. Celebrate the wins, lean on each other in moments of difficulty, and show up with openness and love. Most importantly, be present in these moments together. 

 

Challenge: Reach out or gather with someone this week just to celebrate, connect, or share joy.
