Payment Terms. For all readings. the full fee is due at the time your request is made, prior to the reading. Payment must be received by ADRIENNE AMARI before the commencement of your reading. Due to the time and labor required for the longer readings, you must reserve the appointment in advance. Within 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or right before your reading begins, full payment must be tendered to ADRIENNE AMARI. Due to the difficulty with debt collection, all payments for reading requests must be tendered in advance unless otherwise arranged

 

Payment Methods. For online readings, ADRIENNE AMARI accepts credit cards through Square and Stripe, as well as eTransfer, cash and debit upon special request or at in-person events. All payment transfers are done through the third party platforms Square or Stripe, so please be familiar with the privacy policy and terms of use for these third party platforms. ADRIENNE AMARI is not liable for any mishandling by these third party platforms. ADRIENNE AMARI does not accept cheques or money orders. If your credit card is declined or payment is not properly transferred due to deficiencies on your end, no services will be performed.

 

Service Refund Policy. Tarot readings, tarot mentorship, workshops, coaching sessions, and past life regression sessions by ADRIENNE AMARI constitute a professional service and due to the nature of the service and labour involved, all sessions are non-refundable. Cancellations/reschedules must be made 12 hours in advance. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 12 hours in advance or for missed appointments. If ADRIENNE AMARI has cancelled the reading prior to its commencement, then of course, your fee will be refunded to you in full. ADRIENNE AMARI exercises great reasonable care and diligence in performing each and every offered service. If you are dissatisfied, please contact ADRIENNE AMARI to see if an agreeable settlement may be worked out.

 

The Tarot Lab Membership.  By enrolling in The Tarot Lab (the “Membership”), you agree to the following additional terms and conditions:

 

1. Membership Commitment & Initial Term The Tarot Lab requires a minimum commitment of six (6) months (the “Initial Term”). By purchasing this membership, you acknowledge and agree to remain an active member and fulfill all scheduled payments for the duration of the Initial Term.

2. Non-Refundable Policy All fees paid for The Tarot Lab membership—including the initial payment, subsequent monthly dues, and any renewal fees—are strictly non-refundable. No full or partial refunds or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to, non-use of the membership services or cancellation prior to the end of a billing cycle.

3. Automatic Renewal Upon completion of the 6-month Initial Term, your membership will automatically renew for successive periods equal to the term originally selected (e.g., month-to-month or a subsequent 6-month term) at the current membership rate. Renewal payments will be charged to the payment method on file unless the membership is cancelled in accordance with the “Cancellation” policy below.

4. Cancellation Policy

• • • Manual Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time after the initial six-month membership by contacting th*********@***********ri.com.

    • Timing: To avoid being charged for a subsequent renewal period, cancellation must be initiated at least forty-eight (48) hours before your next scheduled billing date.

    • Effect of Cancellation: If you cancel during the Initial Term, you remain responsible for the remaining balance of the 6-month commitment. Upon successful cancellation, you will retain access to The Tarot Lab materials through the end of your final paid billing period, after which access will be terminated.

5. Modification of Services The Tarot Lab reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue specific features of the membership at any time. Any significant changes to membership pricing will be communicated to you via the email address associated with your account at least thirty (30) days prior to the next billing cycle.

 

Code of Conduct. All sessions are conducted in a respectful and professional environment. Any inappropriate, abusive, or harassing behaviour (including, but not limited to, offensive language, discriminatory remarks, or inappropriate conduct) will not be tolerated. If such behaviour occurs, ADRIENNE AMARI reserves the right to immediately terminate the session without refund.

 

Statement of Ethics. A statement of ethics is provided at https://www.adrienneamari.com/statement-of-ethics/, which covers the ethical policy of ADRIENNE AMARI, hereby integrated and incorporated into this Terms of Service.

 

Scope of Services. The services provided by ADRIENNE AMARI including, tarot readings, tarot mentorship, clarity coaching, and past life regression sessions, are designed for personal insight, reflection, and self-development. These services aim to help you gain clarity, uncover patterns, and identify potential actions to support your personal and professional growth. Tarot and coaching focus on fostering self-understanding and goal-setting, while past life regression sessions use guided hypnosis to facilitate a personal, subjective exploration of the subconscious. All services are supportive, exploratory, and self-empowering in nature.

 

Disclosure of Limitations. These services are not a substitute for professional counseling, legal, medical, business, or financial advice, nor do they diagnose, treat, or cure any mental or physical health condition. You should not rely on a tarot reading, coaching session, or past life regression session to make decisions that could affect your legal, financial, or medical situation. If your inquiry involves these areas, please seek the guidance of a qualified professional. These services are intended to complement, not replace,  qualified mental health care and may only support you in coping with situations on a spiritual or personal level.

 

The client is solely responsible for creating and implementing his/her own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of or resulting from the coaching relationship and his/her coaching calls and interactions with ADRIENNE AMARI. As such, the Client agrees that ADRIENNE AMARI is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by ADRIENNE AMARI. Client understands tarot or coaching are not therapy and do not substitute for therapy if needed, and do not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.

 

Video Reading Recordings. ADRIENNE AMARI may, at your option, provide video conference tarot readings and coaching sessions through third party platforms or hosts, such as Zoom or Google Hangout. These video readings may from time to time be recorded. If a video reading is recorded, you will be put on notice in advance of the recording. You are entitled to a copy of the video recording, though charges may apply. Before consenting to a video session, please go over any questions or concerns you may have with ADRIENNE AMARI. By commencing with a video session, you are consenting to the terms herein. Likewise, please be advised that you are not permitted to record video readings without express, written permission from ADRIENNE AMARI. If you would like to record your session, please ask before doing so.

 

Confidentiality. ADRIENNE AMARI exercises reasonable diligence in maintaining the confidentiality of your tarot reading or coaching session and will not voluntarily, knowingly, intentionally, or willfully disclose your identity or the contents of your tarot reading or coaching session to third parties. However, if ADRIENNE AMARI genuinely believes disclosure is required to: (1) prevent imminent harm or risk of harm to yourself or to another, (2) meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or (3) protect or defend ADRIENNE AMARI against claims or threats of claims, then ADRIENNE AMARI reserves the right to do so to the extent reasonably necessary. Please keep in mind that no legally recognized privilege exists between a tarot professional and client the way a privilege might exist between an attorney and client, doctor and patient, husband and wife, or priest and penitent.

 

Fortune Telling Laws. Pursuant to applicable laws of certain jurisdictions, a person can be guilty of fortune telling when, for a fee or compensation, that person claims or pretends to tell fortunes, or holds him or herself out as being able, by claimed or pretended use of occult powers, to answer questions or give advice on personal matters or to exorcise, influence, or affect evil spirits or curses, unless otherwise done so explicitly for entertainment purposes only. Any and all readings provided by ADRIENNE AMARI neither claims nor pretends to tell fortunes and neither claims nor pretends to use occult powers in ways that would run against such laws. In certain jurisdictions, a tarot professional is required to disclose to you that tarot readings should be for entertainment purposes only, and if such a law applies to your reading, then you are hereby on notice thereof.

 

Product Return, Refund or Exchange Policy. Products purchased through ADRIENNE AMARI are final sale. There are no refunds or returns available. Damages will be handled on a case by case basis.
